Anonymous website action counts

I count Book and Contact link activations, the first focus or choice in a quote or booking form, successfully saved requests, and outgoing WhatsApp or phone actions. Each count contains only the action, a public page path, its channel and the time received. Customer-story and town paths are grouped; URL query strings and fragments are not included.

This measurement does not collect anything you type, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, IP addresses, browser or device details, or visitor IDs. It adds no cookies, advertising pixels, session replay or fingerprinting, and does not read browser storage.

These are action counts, not unique people. They cannot link your browsing to an enquiry, tell whether you abandoned a form, or confirm that a WhatsApp message or telephone call was completed. Repeat visits or actions can produce repeat counts. Individual measurement records are not publicly accessible.

When you ask for a quote or book

The contact and job details you choose to send are separate from the anonymous counts. I use them to respond, quote, arrange your booking and carry out the requested work. Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and the website attempts an email notification through Web3Forms.

Choosing WhatsApp or phone hands you over to that service. WhatsApp links may prepare a message containing the details you have supplied; you decide whether to send it. Those services handle communications under their own privacy arrangements.

Hosting and existing services

Hosting and network services necessarily process connection information and may keep operational or security logs. The anonymous action-count feature does not read or copy IP addresses into its records; that does not mean hosting logs never contain them. Existing site analytics, externally loaded fonts and the separate Facebook connection utility are not changed by this feature.

I have not added a visitor identifier or a new consent banner for these anonymous counts. They are not used to build personal profiles or target adverts.
