Will you clean my conservatory roof?+
Yes. Glass and polycarbonate conservatory roofs are one of the most common add-ons and can be done in the same visit as the fascias.
Do you work from ladders?+
No. Fascia and soffit cleaning is done from the ground with carbon-fibre reach poles and purified water. It's safer for you, safer for us, and doesn't risk marking the uPVC.
Will the chemicals damage my plants or paintwork?+
No — we use fascia-safe cleaners at the correct dilution, wet down planting before and after, and rinse everything down. Nothing is left to sit on surfaces it shouldn't.
How often should fascias be cleaned?+
Every 2–3 years is typical. Homes surrounded by trees or on the north-facing side of a street may need it sooner.
Can you clean the gutters at the same time?+
Yes, and it's the most cost-effective way to book. One visit, one set-up, one price.
Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as we have access and an outside tap, you don't need to be there. We send photos on completion.
