These two customers live next door to each other in Stone, just outside Haddenham on the way to Aylesbury. Both have had me out before, and each year they sort out their gutter clearing together so I can do both houses on the same day.
The houses are link-detached, so they sit side by side, and working on them one after the other saves me travel and setting up twice. I pass that saving on. Instead of my normal £140, each of them paid £120 — £20 off each, £40 between them.
The work itself was my standard gutter clear on both houses. I cleared all the gutters, including the extensions, checked the downpipes and unblocked them where needed, then ran an airflow test to make sure everything was flowing through. I use a professional gutter vacuum from the ground, so there are no ladders against the house.
Neither of them needed to be home. Once I'd finished, I sent proof photos so they could see the gutters had been cleared.
If you and a neighbour both want your gutters done, it's worth booking together. Just mention it when you get in touch and I'll do my best to arrange the same day.
