Gutter Cleaning & Repair in Princes Risborough

This was a repeat customer in Princes Risborough who got back in touch to have the gutters cleared on their four-to-five-bedroom detached house.

The gutters had become heavily blocked with moss and debris, and there was also a leaking downpipe connection at the rear of the property.

The customer wasn’t going to be home on the day, so they left the gate open and I carried out the work as arranged.

I cleared all the gutters, unblocked the downpipes and checked everything was flowing properly. The leaking downpipe connection had simply come apart, so I was able to reconnect it during the same visit and get it working properly again.

Once everything was finished, I sent the customer proof photos so they could see the gutters had been properly cleared and the repair completed.

It was a straightforward job, but a good example of how simple the process can be for a repeat customer. There was no need for a separate visit beforehand and they didn’t need to be home while the work was carried out.
