The property
A modern three-year-old home with K-Rend on all sides. Algae and other organic staining had started to become visible on the render, so the customer contacted me for advice and a quote to get it cleaned. This type of work is one of my specialities, so it was a perfect job for Power Wash Pro.
The job
I carried out a full render clean using softwashing methods rather than aggressive pressure washing. Once the render had been cleaned, I followed up with a biocide treatment to help maintain the fresh appearance and discourage organic growth from returning quickly.
The result
A fresh, clean exterior that looked much closer to how the property should look — and a very happy customer.
