This patio belongs to a retired couple in Chinnor who I've worked for several times over the years. In fact, this was the third time they've asked Power Wash Pro back to look after it.
They wanted the patio freshened up again so they had a clean, well-maintained space for relaxing and entertaining.
Well maintained — just ready for a spruce up
Because we've maintained the patio over the years, this wasn't a major restoration job.
The surface was in generally good condition but had naturally weathered since the previous clean and was ready to be brought back to standard.
I recommended a maintenance clean followed by a biocide treatment.
What we did
The patio was carefully cleaned using controlled pressure, removing the accumulated dirt and organic growth without unnecessarily aggressive cleaning.
Once cleaned, the whole area was thoroughly rinsed down before applying a professional biocide treatment to help deal with remaining organic growth and keep the patio looking better for longer.
The result
It came up beautifully.
The paving was bright and even again, the whole garden felt fresher, and the patio was back to the standard the customers were used to.
Most importantly, they now have a clean outdoor space ready to enjoy again.

For the customers, there was very little to do.
They didn't need to be home. Everything was completed in one visit, the patio was left clean and tidy, and the job was taken care of from start to finish.
