The problem
Recently, I completed a render cleaning project in Thame. The property's exterior was plagued with organic growth and grime, and it was diminishing the appearance of the whole house.
Why softwashing
Softwashing is the right method for render. It uses low-pressure application with specially formulated cleaning solutions to remove algae, moss and dirt — a deep clean that doesn't risk harming the surface the way high-pressure washing can.
For this project I used eco-friendly solutions matched to the specific staining on the render, leaving the property bright and refreshed.
The result
The render was restored to its clean condition without any surface damage.
