This week I was in Thame cleaning up a patio and modern composite decking area that the customer asks me to do on an annual basis. This was my third year in a row of patio cleaning at this home.
The porcelain patio tiles were stained, the decking was slippery, and the customer wanted it all looking fresh again before a family event. After a full pressure wash — with care taken around the pointing and timber — both areas came up brilliantly.
The patio was deep-cleaned using a rotary surface cleaner to avoid streaks, and I adjusted the pressure to safely remove the grime from the decking without damaging the wood.
